The agreement for using the CQ Athletics Coach Portal and assessments.

The service

The Coach Portal lets a coach build a roster, invite athletes to complete an assessment, and read the resulting individual, team, and leadership materials.
One coach account may manage more than one team within the account's allowance.

Coach Portal access costs $299 per year, plus applicable tax, and renews annually unless cancelled.
Cancellation stops future renewal and does not by itself remove access before the paid-through date.

An annual subscription includes up to 30 completed athlete assessments for that subscription period.
A subscription purchased under an earlier offer keeps the allowance it was sold with, including at renewal.
An assessment in progress temporarily reserves one available place until it is completed or released.
Additional capacity is available as a one-time 20-athlete pack for $99, plus applicable tax, which applies only to the current subscription period.
Allowances do not roll over into another access period unless CQ Athletics expressly states otherwise.

The coach is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
Accounts are for the coach who created them and should not be shared.
Coaches must promptly tell us if they believe their account has been used without permission.

The coach is responsible for having the right to add each athlete and to send each invitation.
A private share link gives whoever holds it access to that profile. Coaches should send share links only to the intended parent or athlete.
Athlete information must be handled respectfully and used for coaching, development, and communication purposes.

Access may also be provided by a school district or organization that purchased it, or granted by CQ Athletics at no charge.
This access is subject to these terms, and its start date, end date, and allowance are set by the arrangement that created it rather than by an online subscription.

CQ Athletics may suspend or end access for misuse, unauthorized sharing, unlawful activity, non-payment, or conduct that puts athlete information at risk.
Where reasonably possible we will tell the account holder and explain what is required to restore access.

CQ materials describe how an athlete tends to compete and respond. They are not a clinical, medical, or psychological evaluation, and they are not a selection or eligibility test.

CQ Athletics owns the assessment, its scoring framework, and the wording and design of the profiles, guides, and reports it produces.
A customer may use the reports generated for their own athletes and teams for coaching purposes, but may not resell, republish, or redistribute CQ Athletics content as their own product.
Coaches and athletes keep their own roster and response data.

A full refund may be requested within five days of purchase while the purchased access remains unused, as described in the Refund Policy.
The five-day window is exactly 120 hours after the original successful payment timestamp recorded by Stripe. A request submitted exactly at the 120-hour deadline is still eligible; a request submitted after that deadline is outside the standard refund window.

The service is provided as it is, and CQ Athletics does not promise any particular competitive, academic, or personal outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, CQ Athletics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the access in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
