One address for everything

  • Product questions, account help, billing questions, cancellation assistance, and refund requests all go to info@cqathletics.com.
  • Please include the email address on the account and, for a billing question, the approximate date and amount of the charge.

Cancelling and managing payment

  • A coach can cancel automatic renewal and update the payment method from the Subscription page, using Manage Subscription and Payments.
  • If anything there is unclear, write to info@cqathletics.com and CQ Athletics will help.

Receipts and charges

  • Stripe processes payments and sends the receipt for each charge, including any sales tax it calculated.
  • CQ Athletics can review a charge, a tax amount, or a refund request with you at info@cqathletics.com.
