What CQ Athletics collects, why, and what it deliberately never receives.

Coach account information
- When a coach creates an account we store their name, email address, and the account activity needed to run the Coach Portal.
- Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. CQ Athletics does not store coach passwords.
Team and athlete information entered by coaches
- Coaches enter team and athlete details such as name, email address, jersey number, grade, and position.
- Athlete information is visible to the coach who added the athlete, and to anyone that coach deliberately shares a profile link with.
Assessment responses and resulting profiles
- Athletes answer assessment items. We store those answers, the resulting profile, and the individual and team materials built from them.
Parent and athlete share records
- Where a profile is shared with a parent or athlete, we store the email address used for that share and a record that the share was created, so access can be reviewed or withdrawn.
Payment records
- Card details are processed by Stripe. CQ Athletics does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
- From Stripe we receive and store the records needed for billing and accounting: purchase status, paid-through date, purchased allowance, product subtotal, tax collected, total charged, any amount refunded, and non-sensitive references to Stripe's own records.
Administrative and security records
- We keep administrative and audit records of important actions — access changes, billing events, administrator decisions, and security-relevant events — so an account's history can be reconstructed.
How we use information
- We use information to provide the service, to keep accounts and athlete information secure, to answer support and billing questions, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to improve the product.
What we do not do
- CQ Athletics does not sell coach, athlete, or parent personal information.
